Refund Policy

At Salyon, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily return it for a refund or exchange.


1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return an item.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email)

Please note that sale items, limited editions, or personalized products may not be eligible for return. This will always be specified on the product page.


3. How to Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support at info@mysalyon.com and include the following details:

  • Your name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

We’ll reply with detailed return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.


5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size or style), please complete the return process and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mysalyon.com, and provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Your order number

We will cover all return and replacement costs in this case.
