Shipping Policy
At Salyon, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly, efficiently, and with care.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 4 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped.
International orders may take longer depending on the destination and local customs clearance procedures.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and courier service.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details (when available).
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver on time, Salyon is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control (including strikes, natural disasters, or global disruptions).
6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
Salyon cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
